Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Accessories such as swaddles, innerwear, diapers, etc. are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Made-to-Order, Personalised, and Clearance Sale items are not eligible.
- Products marked under clearance remain final sale.
- Products purchased under Buy 2 & Save / Buy 3 & Save offers are not eligible for return.
- Exchanges under promotional offers are only accepted for manufacturing defects or size issues.
- If the requested size or colour is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Refund Options
- We offer both Refund to Original Payment Method and Store Credit.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.
- Store Credit is issued after the return is delivered back to us.
- Store Credit validity: 3 months.
- Refunds to the original payment method are initiated after quality check.
- Refunds can take up to 15 working days.
- A ₹100 shipping & restocking fee is deducted for refunds to the original payment method.
- COD/Partial COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- One free exchange per order for size or product.
- If the requested item is unavailable, Store Credit will be provided.

Pickup & Processing
- Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days.
- In case of multiple failed pickup attempts due to unavailability, customers will need to self-ship the package.
- In rare cases where self-shipping is required, a reimbursement of ₹100 will be provided.
Promotional Offer Adjustment Policy
If products are purchased under promotional or bundled pricing offers (including Buy 2 / Buy 3 offers) and one or more items are returned, the original promotional pricing will no longer apply.
Retained items will be recalculated at their standard selling price, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
